4 weeks, fixed price

- Search and qualification of new candidates: coverage, portfolio, technical capability, financial strength
- Discussions in Arabic and English, and each one's feedback collected
- Written report: real interest, expected prices, obstacles, and a recommendation for next steps
Signed distributor
Go from a list of names to a distributor under contract who knows your product and has clear targets.
Format
3 to 6 months, fixed fee plus a signing bonus
- Final selection and on-site meetings, with or without you
- Negotiation of terms: territory, exclusivity, targets, pricing, stock, after-sales service
- Contract prepared and reviewed by a local lawyer, with performance and exit clauses
- In Saudi Arabia, a partner firm specialising in corporate and commercial law
- Distributor training and follow-up of the first three months of sales
Part-time Gulf export director
An experienced Gulf sales lead, without hiring or relocating anyone.
Format
A few days a month, monthly fee plus commission on sales
- Managing and following up your distributors: targets, reporting, action plans
- Direct outreach to key accounts in industry, energy and infrastructure
- Tender tracking and registration on approved vendor lists
- Regular trips to the Gulf
- Monthly review with your management
